notice a couple of comments in the celebration city reviews about the price of meals...

been thinking about how early in the day we might want to go out there, just how expensive is the food, hamburgers, hotdogs ect.., how about the snacks, cokes?

I think we paid about $2 minimum for drinks. We got a stale hot pretzel for about $3.50, a cookie for $1. I didn't think prices were that bad, they weren't Disney World prices or anything, but they may be a little higher than they need to be. I think food prices at SDC have gone up this year too.

We had supper at one of the burger places. There was 5 of us with burgers, fries, and drinks and came to 45.00. Little pricey for us. good hamburgers though.

I think that Celebration City does't open until 4:PM. It is not open days.

Celebration City opens at 3:00pm, so if you are planning to eat make it a late lunch or dinner. Price wise you can expect to pay the same that you would at Silver Dollar City. A hamburger basket was like $6.95 or $7.95.

When Jerry & I went in June we checked out the $$. When we come back this month we will probably just take the kids to Golden Corral before we go.

that's what we've been talking about doing ... eating an early evening meal before we go to cc... then just snacking while we're there. either that or since we bought the season pass.. go to the park for a couple of hours, leave and go eat.. then come back for the firewords and laser show.
